Our stomach is like system where the stomach is healthy, then we can remain healthy, otherwise many situations may come in front of us. Such as Acidity, gas problems, piles, stomach cancer, gastric …..etc. It’s not as dangerous as coronavirus and hantavirus, But Acidity is one of the most common diseases for which a lot of people suffer. So here i explain you the best tips for acidity.

what is acidity?

When your meals are irregular & when eating outside foods then you suffer from acidity. The stomach normally production acid that is essential in the digestive system process. This acid helps in breaking down the food during digestion. When there is excess production of acid by the gastric gland of the stomach it results in the condition known as Acidity.

What causes acidity?

Prolonged periods of an empty stomach are the      main cause of it.

Eat more fatty foods and more oily food in the morning.


Drinking like tea, coffee, alcohol, carbonated drinks, cold     drinks.

Reduce the amount of eating.

Eating too late at night.

Being overweight or obese.

Low level of physical exercise

At pregnancy ( During pregnancy women experience it, even if they did not have it before )

How can I reduce acidity?

     • First, you need to eat at the right time & in the right amount not too much, not few.
• Avoid fatty foods or oily food.
• Avoid smoking
• Avoid alcohol
• Do yoga and physical exercise every day.
• Avoid snaking
• Avoid spicy food
• Same gaps in between meals.

Some foods that may help reduce your symptoms:-

  7. Virabhadrasana I or Warrior
